January 25th 2016 End Presentations Contextmapping Skills Course TU Delft

Dear colleagues,

Every year we run the elective Contextmapping Skills, in collaboration with the design research agency Muzus. In the elective, teams of students carry out a full-fledged contextmapping study for a company or organization, on a specified context and user group. If you’re interested to see what  a student team can do in this area, come to the final presentations. Below are the topics and the order of presentations:
Monday 25 January, Studio 17
09:00 – 9:40       KPN – living together for the first time & needs towards service providers
09:40 – 10:20     TUlibrary  – needs of researchers around project communication and sharing data
10:20 – 10:40     Break
10:40 – 11:20     PostNL – mastering movements within young families
11:20 – 12:00     Zodiac Aerospace – roles and needs of caterers in aviation turnaround time
